Appointments and reservations

A standard private mobile fitting is 60 minutes with a $100 reservation fee, applied as a credit toward eligible alteration labor. After-hours fittings are by request only and require approval. Approved after-hours appointments cost $150: a $100 eligible fitting credit plus a $50 noncreditable convenience charge. An appointment is confirmed only after payment and written confirmation. No appointment is confirmed merely by submitting a request.

Estimates and additional services

These are starting estimates for commonly requested alterations—not a complete list of services or prices. Tailor Inc. performs many additional alterations not shown here. Final pricing depends on garment construction, fabric, complexity, and inspection and is confirmed before work begins. Travel, rush, after-hours, and other applicable fees are quoted separately.

Service area and travel

Mobile appointments serve the greater Kansas City metro. Travel beyond the standard service area may carry a separately disclosed fee. The fitting address must be confirmed before the appointment.

Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

Please contact Tailor Inc. before your appointment to request changes. Cancellation windows, no-show charges, refund eligibility and rescheduling accommodations must be confirmed with Tailor Inc. before finalizing a reservation.

Subscription

$29.99 monthly recurring until canceled. Includes two eligible QuickFit alterations per calendar quarter, priority scheduling and 10% off eligible additional alteration labor, plus rotating quarterly offers. Unused quarterly benefits do not roll over. Offers cannot be stacked on the same service. Fitting fees remain separate. Cancellation prevents future renewals; previously paid subscription fees are not automatically refunded.

Privacy

We collect the contact, appointment and garment details you submit to provide services and coordinate bookings. Payments are processed by Stripe; this website does not store full payment card numbers. Contact Tailor Inc. to request corrections or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal recordkeeping obligations.
